24-Hour Notice Required: We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your appointment.

How to Cancel/Reschedule: You'll receive a confirmation text 3 days prior to your appointment. Please respond to confirm, reschedule, or cancel directly from that text message.

9-Minute Grace Period: We provide a 9-minute grace period for late arrivals. With ample notification, we make every consideration to accommodate our clients if they are running late.

After 9 Minutes: Your appointment will be considered a no call/no show resulting in a 50% charge of scheduled services.

3-Day Confirmation System: A confirmation text is sent out 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment.
